What is a basement or garage clean-out?
We sort the contents alongside you, carry everything out, and donate, recycle, or dispose of what is leaving. You decide what stays and what goes, and you do none of the lifting.
What do you remove?
We remove furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, shelving, boxes and storage bins, tools, and general clutter and debris. If there is something particular you are uncertain about, tell us before the visit and we will confirm it.
Do you clean the space after clearing it?
We can, and it is usually worth doing, since an emptied basement rarely looks ready until it has been swept and cleaned. Ask for it when we scope the job and we will include it in the estimate.
Can you handle an unfinished or dirty basement?
Yes, including unfinished basements, dirt floors, and garages that have not been properly opened in years, as well as the jobs that are difficult for reasons having nothing to do with weight.
